VILLA CAPIZ: Located high above the sea in prestigious Gift Hill, Villa Capiz is a perfect villa for newlyweds, families and small groups. Convenient to the main town of Cruz Bay, shopping, dining and the famous North Shore beaches of the National Parks, this 3 bedroom/3 bath villa located on over an acre of land offers a combination of sophistication and romantic tropical charm.

ADESTE: Adeste is a beautiful villa with a scenic pool and deck area, located in the heart of Coral Bay. The word Adeste means "a beautiful destination", and Adeste is the destination you'll want to return to again and again.

SEA CAY: This villa offers a breezy and spacious great room, perfect for entertaining, a fully equipped kitchen, and an inside dining area, all open to the pool deck and gorgeous ocean views. Sea Cay is beautifully decorated and every room offers outstanding water views.

MAISON MIELE : 3 Bedroom/3 Bath masonry and stone waterfront villa consists of 2 buildings set around an 8 X 30 foot salt water pool. Spectacular sun and moonrise views, exceptional privacy in a peaceful garden setting. This villa is all on one level and is wheelchair accessible. The villa is dramatically situated on a promontory near the entrance to Greater Coral Bay. It is conveniently close to Coral Bay shops, restaurants and Salt Pond Beach, and is a 30 minute drive to Cruz Bay.

Houses are not rented separately in order to ensure privacy.

High Season: $4550 (1-4pp) / $5250 (5-6pp both houses)

HAIKU

Haiku commands views of Chocolate Hole, Great Cruz Bay harbor and St. Thomas. The house is situated on an acre of sloping woodland surrounded by gardens of native plants. Entry is through a garden gate beyond which is a covered living/dining room pavilion adjoining a tiled patio and swimming pool and capturing the broad vista of the turquoise Caribbean Sea, Chocolate Hole and Great Cruz Bay. A Sundance Spa (hot tub) is situated in the semi-secluded patio garden.

A/C in 2 bedrooms.

Weekly rates for 2/4/6 guests. Villa Haiku accommodates 6 people
and is wheel-chair accessible.

Our Villas are rented on a weekly bases (seven nights) and for fewer nights, pro-rated during the off-season. To secure your reservation, payment in the amount of 50% of total rental is required along with a non-refundable $35 reservation and $35 security deposit (total of $70). The balance including 8% VI Hotel Tax is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation: No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you be forced to cancel for any reason and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee based on the total rental amount. Because of our strict cancellation policy, we urge you to obtain Traveler's Cancellation Insurance.
