The living room, tastefully decorated by artist/owner, is paneled in tropical hardwood with Mexican tile floors.

Indoor and outdoor entertainment are provided for with dining tables both in and out. Cable TV, VCR and Stereo are provided as well.

There is a queen size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room.

Our Villas are rented on a weekly bases (seven nights) and for fewer nights, pro-rated during the off-season. To secure your reservation, payment in the amount of 50% of total rental is required along with a non-refundable $35 reservation and $35 security deposit (total of $70). The balance including 8% VI Hotel Tax is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation: No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you be forced to cancel for any reason and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee based on the total rental amount. Because of our strict cancellation policy, we urge you to obtain Traveler's Cancellation Insurance.
