Sea Scape is a secluded retreat carefully designed by the architect to compliment the tropical environment and offer full appreciation of the views of Chocolate Hole and St Thomas in the distance.                                                

   

This island home is comprised of two separate structures connected by a system of spacious decks ensuring complete privacy for you and your companions.  The decks offer ample sunning areas, shady retreats, a dining verandah and glorious views of several Caribbean cays and beautiful sunsets.

 The main house features the living room, dining area, fully appointed kitchen, wet bar, powder room and air-conditioned master bedroom with private bath.

The guest cottage offers a King or Twin bedroom, bath, TV, cable, DVD, A/C, ceiling fan, small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave.   
Seascape Lush tropical gardens surround Seascape's private freshwater pool and hot tub, providing a perfect area for the serious lap swimmer or those who simply prefer a casual dip and relaxing poolside.

Our Villas are rented on a weekly bases (seven nights) and for fewer nights, pro-rated during the off-season. To secure your reservation, payment in the amount of 50% of total rental is required along with a non-refundable $35 reservation and $35 security deposit (total of $70). The balance including 8% VI Hotel Tax is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation: No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you be forced to cancel for any reason and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee based on the total rental amount. Because of our strict cancellation policy, we urge you to obtain Traveler's Cancellation Insurance.
