The Italian gourmet kitchen features a wine cooler, bread maker, espresso machine, stove, convection oven, toaster oven, larger refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, blender, dishwasher and all your entertaining cookware.

Colorful open shelving adds a warm touch , natural lighting is plentiful and stainless steel appliances are the norm in the fully equipped kitchen.

Our Villas are rented on a weekly bases (seven nights) and for fewer nights, pro-rated during the off-season. To secure your reservation at Villa Paulette, payment in the amount of 50% of total rental is required along with a $1000 security deposit for this villa. The balance including 8% VI Hotel Tax is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation: No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained. Should you be forced to cancel for any reason and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 10% administrative fee based on the total rental amount. Because of our strict cancellation policy, we urge you to obtain Traveler's Cancellation Insurance.
