The kitchen is spacious offering a breakfast bar, Kuerig coffee machine, dishwasher, gas range, coffee maker and the requisite blender.

Just outside the kitchen area is a patio with table and gas grill.

Two steps below the kitchen is the dining table with seating for 6. The skylight overhead in the vaulted ceiling provides natural light during the day.
