-we appreciated your quick and helpful response to any questions we had prior to arriving.

-the arrival was very friendly and informative.

THE HOUSE;

-very beautiful with awesome views

-the pool was stunning. After we realized the iguana family was just lounging around, we were in the pool 2 - 3 times a day.

-the house was well stocked and any questions we had were quickly answered by Carefree Getaways

-the view from the main room was captivating. Was like having a panoramic view of both St John and the islands in the distance.

ST JOHN;

-the jeep worked out well. New and very clean. Adjusting to driving on the left is no problem other than the driver has to keep their eyes on the road not the scenery

-ZoZo's for dinner was outstanding. Terrific view, service and food.It is pricey but no different from "city prices"

-Palm Tree Charters (Jimmie / Bridget) gave us a fun day on the water. Pirates Bight (restaurant on Norman Island) was very good.

-if people must exercise, the Westin Fitness Center is OK

-beyond that, we did all of our "St John favorites" -time at Trunk Bay / lunch at Skinney Legs, a little jewelery shopping / dinners at Fish Trap and a few other places....

A FEW OTHER THINGS;

-in the many times that we have been to St John, I never experienced an allergy problem. Spoke to a pharmacist who said that mid April is "pollen season" on the island. She suggested a few things and it was fine

-as others wrote in the guest book, I would thank and encourage the owner to continue to develop their beautiful home. It is by far the nicest house we have rented on St John. And we certainly plan on returning in the future.

....."Date: Mon, 17 Feb 2014 We had another wonderful vacation at Paradise Revisited on Feb.1 -8, 2014 !  This trip was to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary!  This is our second time back, and Carefree Getaways of St. John is absolutely the best company to deal with for our rental needs. When we called Carefree Getaways, to our surprise,  the staff remembered us from 2 years ago when we rented the very same house!  And even though we were making a last minute booking, Mo was able to help us expedite our paperwork and arrangements, which we gladly appreciated!  It was so wonderful being greeted at the dock by the same lovely greeter, Terri and husband, who treated us like their welcomed guests in their home, guiding our rental car to the house and showing us all the details of the house.  We absolutely love this rental house, it seems like coming home !  Having a career as an architect, and living in a vacation resort area ourselves, we can appreciate, this wonderful home that has all the comforts and fabulous views !   This home has four bedrooms that can easily handle 8-10 guests, with many separate sitting and dining areas.  We felt spoiled to have the house to ourselves for our anniversary trip !  We love the new outdoor areas that the owner has added ! By far we loved the new cabana by the pool the most, which allowed us to stay outdoors longer in the shade and enjoy the beautiful ocean view !  The new sitting area amongst the palm foliage is so serine for reading or just relaxing !  We could hardly wait to get back to the house after each day's outings, and relax in the pool !  We had seen many of the Islands' sites and beaches in our previous trips so this vacation we went to a couple beaches, and enjoyed some fine restaurants close by in Cruz Bay but mostly we enjoyed being at this house, cooking our own very nice meals, enjoying the views, relaxing and slowing down to island time !  Thank you Carefree Getaways and Mr. Peter Coleman  for a very memorable vacation stay ! Review #6585421 Spring break family getaway - House Rating  "5 out of 5"

This home is located in a convenient location to Cruz Bay and the motor ferry. IT is just past the Westin Resort and located near a number of other private homes. The images accurately describe the home. It is notable that two bedrooms and all the living space are on the main level and two bedrooms are accessible independently on the lower level, each having private entrances and full bathrooms. The two lower level bedrooms are on the same level as the hammock deck and pool area. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped, and furniture was on par and in good condition with most properties in the area. The entrance was flat and easy to access. I have visited the USVI islands many times and will definitely consider this property in the future. We had a wonderful vacation and the home and pool were wonderful for our family. The only concern at all was the number of mosquitos. I don't think the was related to the property location as much as there was substantial rainfall prior to our arrival and the wind was more calm than normal which made for beautiful days, but with a payback of more mosquito’s during the nights"....
