Heated Pool - A/C Throughout Seacret Garden Villa is now fully air-conditioned. With two Master King suites, Great Room with Gourmet kitchen, Living room, heated pool, walk to beach, sunrise all year long, sunset colors spring/summer/fall this villa has it all.
The expansive deck fronts the full house so all rooms have fabulous views, breezes and pool access. This 2 bedroom home in Great Cruz Bay has a 280 degree view ENE to SSE overlooking Great Cruz and Chocolate Hole, with views to the northern outer cays and St. Thomas as well as all the sunset colors. A short walk brings you to the Westin Beach.
There are both indoor dining as well as outdoor pool deck dining area. The pool is just the right size (16x10x5) for couples, family groups and even little ones and is heated in the fall and winter. There are plenty of lounges and chairs and seating in sun or shade. BBQ on deck.
The View North from your deck, high above and overlooking Great Cruz Bay offers scenes of water sports activity along the white sand, palm strewn Westin Beach; loads of fun to watch yet completely non-intrusive. The View South to Chocolate Hole has boats quietly on anchor and some very good snorkeling and shelling for small shells.

RENTAL AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Our Villas are rented on a weekly basis (seven nights) plus 12.5% hotel tax.

We will allow a 5 or 6 night rental provided that it meets an existing reservation during off-season dates.

To secure your reservation, payment in the amount of 50% of total rental is required with a non-refundable $35 Reservation and $35 Security Deposit Waiver fee, total of $70. The balance of rental money is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Payments may be made by personal, cashiers or certified checks.

We also accept credit card payments from VISA or MasterCard for an additional 5% fee.

Last minute rentals require payment by credit card or a certified bank check, overnight mail (call for details).

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy:

Due to this new variant make sure this is covered by your trip cancellation insurance.

If our Governor "closes our doors" to travelers - you can move your dates (no charge) or receive a full refund.
If you are unable or decide not to travel, while we are still welcoming guests, there is no refund but will allow you to move your dates for a 20% change fee based on your rental amount.

Cancellation: No deposits will be refunded unless a replacement rental is obtained.
Should you be forced to cancel for any reason and a replacement rental is obtained, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee.
Because of our strict cancellation policy, we urge you to obtain Traveler's Cancellation Insurance throughout the year.
Do not let a last minute health or weather emergency ruin your vacation, get trip insurance!
Refunds are not granted due to weather or acts of God.
For Travel During Hurricane Season: Traveler's cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. Traveler's insurance is highly recommended year round. Please inquire for further details.

St. John's economy is thriving and many homes and condos are being built. Construction is everywhere on island and can begin anywhere at any time. We are not responsible for construction noise and appreciate your understanding in those areas where construction exists. Typically construction begins at 7AM and ends 3:30PM.
